The Cowgirl Cotillion & Awards Gala is a semi formal dinner and awards recognition that will highlight our outstanding ANCW members in grand style while enjoying the incredible entertainment of Red Steagall. The ANCW Educator and Promoter of the Year, along with the CattleWoman of the Year will be honored for their dedication and work they have contributed to the mission and vision of ANCW.

Begin your evening with a steak and jumbo shrimp dinner. We will offer a live and silent auction that will benefit the programs of ANCW followed by the presentation of awards.

The evening's entertainment highlight will be our special guest Red Steagall who will perform his music, poetry, and storytelling for all to enjoy.

Regular ticket price is $250 that is all inclusive with the dinner and entertainment.

$400 VIP ticket holders will be seated nearest the stage, table gift, and more.

A table can be purchased for $4,000 and includes 10 VIP tickets.

Two VIP tables can be purchased for $3,600 for each table which includes 20 VIP tickets.

From this page, block "book now" in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Select the group's arrival and departure date and change the "promo code" drop down box to "group/block".

The Group Code is: ANCRIM897. Once the code and dates have been entered, all of the rooms available within the block should show up.

Details - Cavalry Court, by Valencia Hotel Collection

The block of rooms will be held until April 4th.

Cavalry Court is located in Century Square, College Station. There is free parking ONLY in the parking garage right across from the hotel. There are many hotels in the area. People are welcome to stay wherever they like. All of our meetings on Friday & Sunday will be at Cavalry Court Hotel Meeting Room. The bus will leave from Cavalry Court Hotel. On Saturday morning, everyone will load onto a bus (or buses) and have a full day of ranch education in the Bryan and Brenham area. We even have a stop at Blue Bell on the agenda! We will return to Century Square Saturday evening after dinner. All meals on Saturday are included as well as Sunday morning breakfast.
